For individual doctors

One calendar.
Every place you work.

Run morning OPDs at one hospital, evening clinics at another, weekend home visits at a third — DoctorAppointments gives you one calendar that patients book against, with each location's hours respected.

Setup in 5 steps

From sign-up to first booking

01

Sign up as a doctor

Use the doctor signup form. Pick a public username — that becomes yourdomain.com/yourname. Fill in degree, specialization, photo, and consultation fee.

02

Add your work locations

Create one entry per place you practice: "City Hospital — Cardiology OPD", "Sunshine Clinic", "Home visits". Paste a Google Maps URL for each so patients can navigate.

03

Set hours per location

For each location, set the days and time-windows you're available — e.g. 9am–3pm Mon–Fri at hospital, 5pm–8pm Mon/Wed at clinic, 9pm–10pm Tue/Thu at home. Slots are auto-generated.

04

Share your link

Patients book through /yourname — a clean SEO-optimized page with your photo, qualifications, fee, and live availability. The same calendar embeds on any WordPress page or via iframe snippet.

05

Manage from your dashboard

Dashboard calendar view: tap any day to mark it unavailable (conferences, leaves, emergencies). Cancel slots, see all bookings, export patient details. Zero admin overhead.

Multi-location example

A typical week, three places

DoctorAppointments was built around how doctors actually work — not around how a single hospital's software thinks. A morning hospital shift, an afternoon private clinic, and an evening home-visit window all live on one calendar:

📍 City Hospital — Cardiology OPD
   Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (slots: 20 min, fee ₹600)

📍 Sunshine Clinic — Private Practice
Mon, Wed, Fri 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (slots: 30 min, fee ₹1,200)

📍 Home Visits / Online Consultation
   Tue, Thu 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM (slots: 15 min, fee ₹800)

Patients see all three locations on your /yourname page, pick one, and book a slot. Bookings on any embed (your page, a hospital's WordPress site, an iframe on your blog) all sync into the same unified calendar — no double-booking, ever.

SEO & sharing

Your page is built to be found and shared

The /yourname page DoctorAppointments generates is a fully SEO-optimized profile page, not a thin booking widget. Search engines and social previews understand it on first look:

How postpaid billing works

You're never charged for what you haven't used. Every day your calendar is active is logged but only billed at month-end on a single Razorpay invoice. Plan fee + overage + GST, paid in one go. 14-day free trial means your first invoice doesn't show up until day 15.
